Japan Women's Soccer Wins World Cup!

Inspired Japan shocks Team USA to win first Women's World Cup in penalty kicks

Via The Associated Press/MLive.com

"Japan has won the Women's World Cup, stunning the United States 3-1 in a penalty shootout Sunday night after coming from behind twice in a 2-2 tie.

Shannon Boxx, Carli Lloyd and Tobin Heath all failed to convert for the Americans, who squandered dozens of chances throughout the game and blew a lead just six minutes from winning their third World Cup title."

News Update: "The U.S. wants to bomb Fukushima"

This new article may be difficult to verify, but apparently nuclear experts from the US and France are now debating on an extreme solution to the Fukushima nuclear disaster:

The U.S. wants to bomb Fukushima

"Chris Busby, the situation would be far more tragic than the authorities admit, and amply justify the passage of the accident at 7. Indeed, many reactors would be open air and their reaction out of control, involving a permanent rejection of radionuclides including plutonium from the core 3, which was fueled by MOX."

"Radiation levels became too high so that teams can be kept on-site experts quarrel over the choice of more radical solutions."

"The U.S. would consider bombing the plant to drown in the sea."

"France, which provided the MOX want to believe it is possible to embed the reactor in concrete."

At this point, it seems as though only Godzilla can save us all:

The below pic says it all:

And as I have heard many say: "There is only one country in the world that makes robots like people and people like robots."

Bush 'W' Film Posters - US vs Japan

w bush movie posters usa japan

Recently, I stumbled across these US and Japan movie promo posters for Oliver Stone's film "W". Notice the 'subtle' differences: The Japanese version says "The most famous president in the world is also the loneliest man in the world." Also the the 'KY' indicates "Kutsu Yoge" man or someone always putting their shoe in it regardless of being an idiot. Obviously, this is also a little pun relating to the Bush Shoe Throwing Incident

Ha Ha Ha America by Jon Daniel Ligon

This is a short film produced in Shanghai and Wen Zhou China in 2006 by Jon Daniel Ligon entitled Ha Ha Ha America which features scenes of the amazing growth of China and, through the use of comic Engrish subtitles, also makes a very funny satirical laughing stock of the USA and the administration of former President George Bush.
